Here, a large part of the faucet range can be viewed from all sides, interactively and photorealistically in 3D mode, using augmented reality technology (AR) or virtual reality (VR). By selecting "3D" on the respective product page, users automatically enter the virtual product world. The various functions can be selected in a user-friendly and intuitively self-explanatory manner. In this way, the quality of product information is raised to a new level for all users - at the cutting edge of technology. An expansion of access via a QR code on the product packaging will be implemented by mid-2021. The 3D mode with AR function will also be available via an app in the future. ### Planning and installation made easier A big plus for installers: The high-quality 3D view allows the faucets of choice to be viewed from all sides and angles. With the help of augmented reality technology, the professional is also able to check directly whether the product is suitable for use at the washbasin, on the edge of the bathtub, in the shower or in the kitchenette. This means that there will be no surprises when installing the product on site in the future. The advice given to builders is also improved, because during the planning phase, the specialist tradesman can impressively show his customers the real size and look & feel of the desired fitting from HANSA. Mobile end devices illustrate the product of choice photo-realistically in its final environment in the bathroom or kitchen. The installation of an app for the AR mode is not necessary. Simply by scanning a QR code, the viewer is taken directly to the virtual representation of the fitting on the spot. ### Pioneering technology With the new platform, HANSA is setting standards in product information and is one of the first manufacturers to bring almost its entire product portfolio into the digital age in an innovative and smart way. In this way, the new brand promise, "Water Smart Living", which the company has taken up for the future, is lived and implemented. Further information on the smart and reliable sanitary fittings is available on the individual product pages. ![candle](https://stories.hansa.com/hubfs/Icons/Graphics/candle-white.svg) Subscribe ## to get more tips, trends and guides mail Subscribe now mail Subscribe share Share [facebook Facebook ](https://facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https://stories.hansa.com/en/hansa-presents-new-3d-platform-interactive-3d-product-views-enable-smart-planning-installation-of-faucets) [twitter Twitter ](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet/?url=https://stories.hansa.com/en/hansa-presents-new-3d-platform-interactive-3d-product-views-enable-smart-planning-installation-of-faucets) [pinterest Pinterest ](https://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/?url=https://stories.hansa.com/en/hansa-presents-new-3d-platform-interactive-3d-product-views-enable-smart-planning-installation-of-faucets) [linkedin Linkedin ](https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://stories.hansa.com/en/hansa-presents-new-3d-platform-interactive-3d-product-views-enable-smart-planning-installation-of-faucets) [WhatsApp ](https://api.whatsapp.com/send?text=https://stories.hansa.com/en/hansa-presents-new-3d-platform-interactive-3d-product-views-enable-smart-planning-installation-of-faucets) share Copy link [chevronLeftCircle Blog ](https://stories.hansa.com/en/tag/blog) [chevronLeftCircle Professional articles ](https://stories.hansa.com/en/tag/professional-articles) [chevronLeftCircle References ](https://stories.hansa.com/en/tag/references) share Share [facebook Facebook ](https://facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https://stories.hansa.com/en/hansa-presents-new-3d-platform-interactive-3d-product-views-enable-smart-planning-installation-of-faucets) [twitter Twitter ](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet/?url=https://stories.hansa.com/en/hansa-presents-new-3d-platform-interactive-3d-product-views-enable-smart-planning-installation-of-faucets) [pinterest Pinterest ](https://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/?url=https://stories.hansa.com/en/hansa-presents-new-3d-platform-interactive-3d-product-views-enable-smart-planning-installation-of-faucets) [linkedin Linkedin ](https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://stories.hansa.com/en/hansa-presents-new-3d-platform-interactive-3d-product-views-enable-smart-planning-installation-of-faucets) [WhatsApp ](https://api.whatsapp.com/send?text=https://stories.hansa.com/en/hansa-presents-new-3d-platform-interactive-3d-product-views-enable-smart-planning-installation-of-faucets) share Copy link mail Subscribe ## Related articles ### Explore the latest stories and insights from the Hansa world.
